About Us
“We help individuals become the best versions of themselves.”
Human beings are uniquely gifted with the ability to rise in consciousness and connect with a dimension within themselves which transcends the suffering experienced at the level of the body and mind. Yoga is a scientific and systematic method developed over thousands of years to help human beings realize this vast potential that lies dormant in them.
We invite you to join our regular classes and workshops, where we work with people from all walks of life to help them get in touch with this deeper dimension that brings about healing and transformation

Lalithashree Rajesh
Lalitha is a Yoga Alliance-certified RYT500 teacher with an additional teacher certification in Yin Yoga (YACEP). Having found her spiritual calling around 18 years ago, she has explored various wellness and spiritual practices such as Osho meditations and Vipassana. From her own yoga practice, she has realized that the beauty of yoga and its true purpose can be understood experientially only when each and every practice is done with effortlessness and moment-to-moment mindfulness. And these are at the core of all her classes whether she’s teaching Asanas, Pranayama, or Dhyana (meditation).
Lalitha has been a faculty member on various yoga teacher training programs in the past. She has worked extensively with under-resourced communities such as residents of remand homes, homes for destitute women and children, and orphanages.
With additional certifications in Yoga for Special Needs and Remedial Dance and Movement therapy, she also works with people with disabilities and children with cancer. Her sessions for them are a mix of asana, pranayama, yoga nidra, and elements of song, dance and movement. She has also worked with senior citizens with Parkinson’s Disease.
