Cultivate the habit of practicing Yoga on the mat, so that you can practice it off the mat in your day-to-day living as well.

According to the Yoga Sutras, considered to be the authoritative text on Yoga, abhyasa (continuous practice) and vairagya (observing all phenomena for what they are, without attachment or identification) are the two essential pillars on which the foundation of your Yoga practice can be built.

Why our classes:

Abhyasa is reinforced, and continuity maintained, by attending classes regularly.

Vairagya is reinforced as our classes focus on being constantly mindful of the body and breath, and on observing discomfort or pleasure sensations in the body with an attitude of neutrality while challenging the body and breath during the different practices.

We are offering the group classes for free. Contact us to get started right away. That said, donations are welcome; they will be used to cover backend costs involved in hosting the classes online and publishing good quality videos of the classes.
