Description
Ready to dive deep into Yoga postures (asana) by understanding all the nuances and caveats so that you can practice on your own confidently?
Get initiated into the right way of practicing the essential forward folding, back bending, standing, seated, prone, supine, twisting and balancing Yoga postures along with simple guided meditations.
We offer personal sessions where you will learn practices that are tailored to meet your Yoga and life goals. These sessions are conducted via Zoom.
You will meet with the teacher once a week and learn a set of practices. For the rest of the week, you will practice on your own whatever you have learnt. Eventually, you should be established in a daily practice routine and feel confident about practicing on your own. We suggest signing up for 10-12 sessions to build a good foundation for your practice, but you’re welcome to choose a number that works for you.
