Description
Understand the magic and power of breath and the life force energy, and actively work with them to create harmony between body, mind, and Consciousness.
We offer personal training sessions that start with simple breath awareness techniques, then progress to control and manipulation of breath, and then to subtler manipulations of prana or life force energy. You will also learn practices that are tailored to meet your specific requirements.
You will meet with the teacher once a week and learn a set of practices. For the rest of the week, you will practice what you have learnt, on your own. Eventually, you should be established in a daily practice routine and feel confident about practicing on your own. We suggest signing up for 10-12 sessions to build a good foundation for your practice, but you’re welcome to choose a number that works for you.
